Well, that explains “how”, I guess…. The story, however, doesn’t explain whether it was his metal picnic table or not. I would think that would have some bearing. Was he doing this to his own table, in his own back yard, or was he wantonly violating the patio furniture of a complete stranger? The story makes no sense without this information!
