Social Media Marketing & Internet strategy practises

I have specialised in internet marketing since 2001 and have always prided myself on keeping up with the latest marketing trends. I have a passion for social media and am fascinated by how networks will shape and determine future marketing methods and determine how businesses will interact with their customers. For the last six years, I have used social media both in a personal and professional capacity. I have strong knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Foursquare, Digg, Youtube etc) and how to use these tools in a flexible way to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, increase traffic, build a consumer insight programme or simply promote new content to build credibility for an individual or business. What excites me the most about social media is that the opportunities and possibilities are endless, with each day bringing new challenges.
