Chef'n the Recession

This is not a cookbook. It is a story. Since the beginning of the current recession, everyone has had to make sacrifices. Unemployment, foreclosure, cut-backs, and ever increasing prices threaten to throw us into depression. Among other things, I find preparing food and eating with my family to be a great source of release for my stress. It helps me to be able to attack each new problem with a fresh mind and a sense of humor. Although jobless now, we will be employed. Upon threat of homelessness, we will have sustenance and covering. We will eat. And their will be hope.
