From Cook to trained Chef and beyond...
At the age of 27 I am sending myself to Gordon Ramsay's culinary school, Tante Marie located in Surrey (UK). I aim to share my experiences with you of recipes and techniques I learn so you too can see what goes on in a top culinary school. Have you ever considered going to a culinary school in order to improve your skills in the kitchen? Or have you thought about making a career change, or just been curious to see what exactly it takes to become a qualified Chef?
