Fusion Culinaire

Being near the food service industry most of my life, on both sides of the serving counter, I have developed an endearing relationship with all things culinary. Working in restaurant kitchens throughout high school and college, then being in a position to experience fine dining establishments as a client while on travel assignments throughout my career, has given me great insight into the food & beverage industry. I also happen to be a fairly astute chef at home and have accumulated quite an impressive catalog of recipes. After posting to various food sites through the years, I decided to consolidate my related material into one repository. Voilà, the birth of “Fusion Culinaire - A collection of culinary delights!”
