This blog was started because I’m a golfer who has discovered that becoming more physically fit has improved my game a lot. It's a forum where folks can share there thoughts, experiences, and tips about golf fitness. The blog is based on a strong belief in the following two principles: 1. Golfers who are physically fit and regularly exercise make better golfers. 2. Walking the course keeps golfers fit. What makes the pros different from me and others (besides natural talent and endless hours of practice)? Answer – They become physically fit for golf by using the right kind of exercises and they stay fit because they walk the course.
