Trying to live and stay healthy is hard especially if you are not used to exercising, eating on time and monitoring what comes in and out of your body. I basically am not the right person to put up a health blog because I, myself, admit that I have abused my body in some ways. Recently, I was made aware of the benefits of intentionally making an effort to live healthy. It appears that as people age, their body grows weak. Our system becomes vulnerable to a number of diseases. With some researches and events I have attended, I started to think I might as well write down all my health discoveries. I have two targets: One, the readers who wants to know something about the topic I am discussing, and two, myself – to push me to eat, breath, and live right.
