Well, somebody is doing just this. His name is Charles Murray. There's probably no more reviled social scientist--perhaps no more reviled American writer--than Murray. This hostility has little to do with his work on economics and welfare policy, and more with the notorious book he co-authored 14 years ago,

Socialist views. Maybe this is the reason why the modern day Republican Party has turned into a bunch of Big Government lovers. Or, as King Moron himself John Podhoretz states, “Liberals who were mugged by Reality”. Psst, you’re still liberals. Reagan Democrats Coming Home…to the GOP When the Democratic primary ended in early June, the media spent a great deal of time and effort discussing Barack Obama’s attempts to ‘bring home’ the  Hillary Clinton primary voters.  At the time, the natural inclination was that, in time,

Here’s a clip of an interview he recently conducted with a blog called GOP Nation: BC: How much are our current political problems in America a result of our own population’s ignorance of history? Dr. Stephen Tonsor: It’s hard to say how it came about exactly but the evidence is pretty damning. How anybody in the world

to take on John Hall in November, with the likelihood of a sweeping win by Hall...I'll say. Any District that elected a former Orleans guitarist and anti-nuclear activist to Congress is not likely to dump him for a guy whose campaign strategy is to denounce Volkswagens, Susan Sarandon, Bonnie Raitt, and Pete Seeger and show off his thousand-mile stare. But who knows? I'll be watching the race with interest henceforth. And maybe later I'll go look up Melinda Ledden Sidak.
