In the kitchen with Kath
I started my blog on December 31, 2009, as a way to organize my favorite recipes so they would be easy to share with family and friends. The recipes include old family favorites and new recipes I have discovered and adapted to suit our taste. A few are my own original creations. For the most part, the recipes published on "In the kitchen with Kath" use fresh, wholesome ingredients. Any convenience products I do use (like broth or canned tomatoes) must be of the highest quality, with no "scary" ingredients.
