Kenyan Cook was started in 2012 and it contains simple recipes and kitchen ideas. It includes hygiene and health tips. The recipes I have posted are not only easy to prepare but the ingredients are also readily available in most food stores and markets. I have personally cooked all the recipes found in my blog. I try as much as possible to prepare meals that do not contain a lot of calories/fat, and I encourage suggestions.
