Language Courses In Spain

What are the most effective ways in learning to speak Spanish? College courses? Private language schools?, self-study, books, software, inline courses? All work, but the best and most fun way is to go to a private language school. The teachers are better trained in how to teach their native language as a second or foreign language. Generally college professors are not. They are trained in literature, linguistics, culture, etc., but not how to teach speaking skills.
