Lavieboheme tracks the adventures of a 50-something gal who ran away from home to live the life of a philosophy student on the other side of the world. Life in London was a culture shock - and a weather-shock - after sunny Sydney. Since she is a travel-holic and somewhat of an opera-tragic, her adventures mainly concern these two interesting topics. The blog was begun on August 2010 and has evolved into a travel writing blog, exploring interesting corners of Europe and the wide world, from a solo female traveller's perspective. With a substantial dash of wry humour.
