Man That Stuff Is Good

Man That Stuff is Good is a continually growing electronic recipe book with recipes that are easy to fix, actually taste good and will encourage beginners to get excited about cooking. Being a product of the 60s, I grew up in a home that cooked and ate together. We had real conversations without the distraction of TV, radios and electronic gadgets blaring everywhere. To the best of my ability, that tradition has been kept at my house. I feel like the family that eats together develops an even stronger bond. My family transplanted to the South in 1975. This very scary 1200 mile move opened up an opportunity for me to be exposed to a whole new world of seasonings and food I never even heard of. I've collected, tweaked and created literally hundreds of recipes. This blog will be filled with all of my favorite recipes. Everything I add will be real food with a Southern flair (with a few of my "Northern" roots thrown in for good measure).
