An Ex-Smoker's Blog
Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life, even more than losing weight. I tried everything available on the no-prescription market: gums, patches, fake cigarettes (the ones where only the tip burns), self convincing audio CDs, looking at graphic pictures of people damaged by their addiction, etc. The problem with all these is that they only fought my addiction one level at a time, while what was needed was a coordinated multi-point attack.
