One Speed Go
Road, canal path, mountain, and commuting, taking every chance to get out and ride through Arizona. We sit too much, and move too little. Don't overthink the barriers stopping you from riding. It boils down to this: you're either riding now, or you are not. If you are not, the only thing you need to do to change that is to get up out of your chair, get your bike, and ride. The rest is noise; the rest is not-riding. We're born as bipeds with the endurance to cover miles. So use what you were born with. Get up. Go ride.
