Pensive Penguin

My goals with this blog are going to be very simple. I’m not a Linux guru or anything close. But I enjoy learning more about it and I enjoy running it in various flavors. I carry it daily on a thumb drive and usually have about 4 different versions with me at any one time. Those are simply part of my IT toolbox and I don’t leave home without it. I want to share the things I learn from time to time, highlight distros that I like and dislike and share the ideas of others in the Linux community. I believe in the community of Linux and is another reason I love so much. I even go as far as putting a few bucks towards some of the projects I use and like. I will not be bashing Microsoft or Apple’s products here since I want the experience here to be a positive one and reflect Linux. I welcome comments and participation here at Pensive Penguin.
