Pie and Love and You
Senior at the University of South Carolina doing my thesis work on dessert-making. Until this point, my biggest culinary achievements have courtesy of Betty Crocker. This is all new to me, but each day brings a new dessert. There are no do-overs, and no cutting corners. Everything will be from scratch. The good, the bad, and the ugly will all have their day as I attempt everything from cakes to souffles, to fig pudding. Yes, even fig pudding. Here's to my blood, sweat and tears. Ok, no blood. No one wants blood in their triple fudge brownie or blueberry cobbler.
