Leadership Development

I am a Professor at The Ohio State University who teaches leadership, change, and appreciative inquiry. I believe that the best is yet to come; we have the capacity to make it happen right now in the space we occupy. I began this blog to share my knowledge about leadership, change, and appreciative inquiry and how this knowledge can help others create sustainable, healthy organizations and families. I am the author of more than 100 refereed articles, written eight books, and integrate appreciative inquiry into work with schools, community agencies, and other groups.
