So I decided to make it public for download. If you want it you can go here: http://riait.co.uk/cfmx701doc/. In order to download the ZIP file you have to accept the license (CC-BY). Under the URL shown above the license text is in Polish. To view and accept the license you must have Flash Player 9 installed.
