About Every Sunday, I cook up a pot of soup. I freeze half and keep half to feed my fiance and myself for the week. I started this blog because as the weeks went on, I realized I was inventing my own soups! Now I’m sharing them with you, hoping that you will also find that soup is a wonderful way to eat in a healthy and harmonious way. When I make a soup, my goals are to use as many in-season vegetables as I can, to use a variety of natural (and when I’ve got a little extra in my pocket, organic) ingredients, to keep the cost low, and for it to be delicious and satisfying! I update every Monday with a new soup recipe or a how-to.
