Blog Party

"Blog Party" (in reference to Kool Herc's legendary Blog Partys) is a representation of hiphop as a culture it used to be on the whole and actually still is. The idea of reporting on the hiphop culture evolved about five years ago, when I went to traditional jams and tried to write down my fascinating impressions of the b-boys (and girls), graffiti-writers, rappers and deejays from all over the world. I went to many different places and talked to lots of miscellanious activists. So, I wanted to support all these talented people who stayed real and give them a platform on the internet. Generally you can find reviews of gigs and cd's on my blog, but also interviews, news and other informative stuff...check it out!
