Balance & Life
For the most part (we have been known to veer off topic occasionally) it chronicles our ongoing journey as we strive towards achieving balance in all areas of our lives. And by balance we mean the constantly correcting forward motion a tightrope walker employs when moving between two insanely tall buildings. We’re not after 50/50 here, rather it’s about figuring out how to best divvy up our time so that each area (work, relationships, me time, exercise etc.) receives an amount proportionate to where it currently features on our ever-changing list of priorities. We’ve transformed ourselves from chain smoking, tequila slinging, sedentary carnivores into mostly raw and vegan, health and fitness nuts who occasionally drink Jack Black. It didn’t happen overnight though, or even in a year for that matter, so if you’re hoping for some magic juju to help you melt off the fat or whisk away your propensity for procrastination I’m afraid you’re all out of luck.
