Here at The Harken, I sift out all the boring technology and business news and cut straight to the fun and interesting topics. The Harken strives to give you information you can use in real life, rather than just some junky press release. I’ve always thought, why do a lot of technology and business blogs seem to just post half-assed press releases? Visitors want real information, not a bunch of marketing-driven press releases. Not to say a press release wouldn’t or couldn’t notify me or anyone else of something new… I just would not simply repost a press release without doing some of my own personal analysis or review. Or even worse, repost a press release for the sake of reporting news. I may not cover EVERYTHING under the sun. This is not a news site.
