One formed on a sense of freedom created by frugality or not paying someone else something you can do yourself, minimalism or simplifying your life and becoming less dependent on consumption and how to live a healthy life both physically with the food we eat as I will provide recipes on how I cook all my meals from fresh ingredients from scratch without cholesterol and also mentally as I explore some of the individuation process and how to become mature. I am hoping to recapture what media was originally for, to transmit knowledge and wisdom and how to live in the world. |
