http://www.actsofbeauty.co.uk/wordpress Started in 2009, this blog was originally about creating nature art and mandalas to celebrate moments large and small in my life. It has since then developed to include photography of the natural world, and the moments that make life incredible, as well as procrastinatory artworks from any kind of object, ethical fashion, silly hats and cats. Added to that it details my performance work and journey as a theatre artist. The name comes from the phrase "Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty", and the idea I always play with is that beauty is found everywhere, in all the small details of our lives, and the large magnificent moments too, and that life is too short to miss. |
