Aeris Morpheme

http://www.aerismorpheme.com Morpheme. It’s the smallest linguistic unit that can have meaning. And it sounds pretty: Morpheme. Aeris? You can use your imagination on that one. It also sounds very pretty. Authored by yours truly, Renée A.D., Aeris Morpheme is a virtual cabinet where I collect and display all things beautiful and curious. I work as a researcher at a non-profit in Olympia, WA, working on traditional knowledge. Additionally: linguistics, art, zoosemiotics, intelligence, systems theory, biology, cybernetics, medicine, bioregionalism, epistemology, research paradigms, and growth theory. As a graduate student I’m developing a thesis on life-affirming systems. And not just life in a narrow sense. I’m interested in what kinds of systems contribute to the cycle of life. What keeps the wheel turning? What exactly are those structures? I’m a {modest} herbalist too. So you’ll see these strands in the braids I weave. |
