Career Flux is launched by Mona Samar who is an Employment Specialist with two decades of experience. She is an active advocate of meaningful employment for every person desirous of employment. Mona is currently hired by the prestigious Eminata Group of Canada and at any given time, she takes care of career needs of over two hundred students including guiding them towards meaningful employment, resume and cover letter writing, job interview preparation and networking among other things. She has gained invaluable insights into the career and job market that can only be gained with experience and time. She has decided to share her repertoire of experience with the world by launching this blog in order to impart her knowledge to those who might find it useful as well as to gain more insights from fellow professionals in the field.
