Cigar Beat Blog

The cigar Beat blog is a down to earth cigar blog. You will find cigar and tobacco news along with cigar reviews. I'm on a quest to find that dimond in the rough. I will review all types of cigars from the cheap smokes to the top shelve stuff.

I have been so busy, and getting ready for the new baby takes up most of my time. My wife Emily is ready to pop at any time. She has 3 weeks to go before her due date but things are beginning to happen already. Partagas Black Clasico

in, the Clasico is a chore. After a few minutes more, I’ve had my fill. I should note I’m in the minority on the Partagas Black line. Patrick A. gave it four stogies, Jerry used to go through a box of these per week, Jesse likes ‘em, as does Stinkie. Only ColbyPants and Cigarfan had beefs. So I could be wrong… CONCLUSION: I gambled on the aging prospects of the Partagas Black Clasico and lost. Despite ample time, it falls into the

Other Reviews of the Oliva Serie O Cigar Beat enjoyed it, but suggests you don’t pair it with a Rum and Coke. Brian at Stogie Review also smoked the Perfecto and had some problems with the wrapper. Cigar Advisor tried the Petit Perfecto and gave it an impressive 9.3 rating.

garden had been watered, and my uniforms laundered. Yup, I even got my uniforms today! And even a schedule for my ride-alongs. Time to relax. My new John Straley book, a Tanqueray Rangpur Lime and Tonic, and a Bolivar Churchill, all consumed out on the patio in the calm evening, with some jazz quietly playing from the house. Life is good.

and binders. It is finished with a Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper. Overall, I was impressed with this little smoke. The best part, the Cu*Avana Maduro is a dirt cheap. A box of 20 sticks runs for $40. At two buck a piece, they are a must try. CigarBeat Review of the Cu*Avana Maduro. MonkeyDan Rating: 88

    Brian’s Random Thoughts

What Other People Are Saying The Jameson robusto wasn’t quite up Walt’s Alley. Tom (a.k.a. McLovin) loved it, Ed was less enthused. Stinkie thought the short torpedo was OK, but is gonna let ‘em rest a while. After a few weeks rest in the humidor, Jesse found the short torpedo more enjoyable. Lisa found her robusto a bit harsh, and gave it a 73/100. Scott liked the flavor, but had to give the churchill 2 stars due to construction issues
