The aim of this blog is to explore the psychology of cats, dogs and other companion animals. The better we understand our animals, the better our relationship with them. And if people understand their pets' behaviour, then fewer animals will end up in rescue. I have a PhD in Psychology and will be looking at the evidence to explain why animals behave the way they do.
