Craftastical!

I started Craftastical in 2005, as a way to share family photos and keep a sort of journal of our family life (back then, it had a way dumber name). I dive into new mediums. I end up getting addicted and wanting to know everything. Sewing dresses for my little girl, for instance, stemmed from watching tons of Project Runway and led to learning the basics of pattern making. I'm obsessive like that. So, I know a little about a lot and a lot about a few things, and that is why the blog is all over the map in terms of the crafty things I do. I'm currently finishing up my degree in English and Communications. I was recently diagnosed bipolar II. I'm a chronic over-sharer and fond of hyperbole. My toes are also very accident prone--I've been stabbed in the toe with a blender blade and lost my toenails twice from stumbling too much while hiking.
