I made this drawing in ink on paper last week. The image came intuitively in my sketchbook and then I re-created her here. The piece is called "Speaking with Rabbits." My moods have matched the weather lately: a bit cloudy, a bit stormy. But overall, it's good. …

http://www.creativeeveryday.com/creativeeveryday/2008/07/meme-ish.htmlSo hot. And I'm feeling meme-ish. Got this one from the super talented, Carla. What time did you get up this morning? woke up at about 9:30, stayed in bed longer though to pet the kitties and enjoy the only room with air-conditioning Diamonds or pearls? diamonds i suppose. …

Brillante. Psst…. Pass it on!
http://knitting-gnome.com/blog/?p=526in love with this blog. This lovely lass makes me want to move to Canada, and quick. Her photos and crochet work are amazing and so creative. The generosity of her spirit is reflected in each post, and wow, does she have a LOT of snail-friends! 2. Creative Everyday. I discovered Leah’s site through Jim. She does fabulous art and is an inspiration to all for being “creative everyday”. I love how she encourages ALL creativity–not just formal ART, but but making whatever it is you do creative food for your

Just what is Bravery
http://katespin.blogspot.com/2008/07/just-what-is-bravery.ht...quote "do one thing every day that scares you". I did it for a month last October. I wasn't going to participate this time. Appreciating and sharing Mother Nature's jewels is another way to honor being Creative Every Day*. The Lilac Fest donned bountiful, fragrant and numerous varieties of lilacs. . We heard lots of "ooos" and "ahhhs"...and we were giddy as we stopped to "smell the flowers". The clear blue sky and Spring breeze werethe perfect backdrop to show off

Little somethings
http://redotter580.blogspot.com/2008/07/little-somethings.ht...it when a blog author opens up to us, the readers. I loved it when Diana asked about blog rules. I felt an immediate connection with Fiona with her process of getting back into meditation. And I couldn't help but go "YES! I completely understand!" when Leah opened up about her journey with "the darker moods." I feel like Meg Ryan's character in You've Got Mail "I just wanted to let you know, that these 'somethings' (letters/emails) mean a lot to me." My correspondence with you, here, with each entry,
