I'm writing for the fellow software team leads out there. My passion is "healthy" teams, or in other words - having fun while doing what we love. The best word for this is probably peopleware (someone smarter came up with this). I write about people, practices and elements of agile development methodologies along with random bits and pieces from my professional experience. This stuff is also useful for developers, project managers and anyone who enjoys coding or just depends on software for a living. The blog started in November 2010.
