I began this blog late in 2012 as a creative outlet. While I love my day job, the industry I work in isn't really in my field of interest. Creating a health and wellness blog allows me to pass along information to others that I spend so much of my free time researching already. It aims to help others find wholeness within themselves in a world where self-distraction from real life is a priority (or even a necessity for some).
