Fuss Free Cooking
I used to consider home-cooking is all about making everything from scratch. Growing up watching my grandmother, mum and aunties toiled away in the kitchens has “brainwashed” me into thinking that this is the ultimate way to making delicious family meals. No doubt that’s the truth (to some extend), but having a full time job means there’s only a limited time I can spend in the kitchen. So when it comes to meal preparation, I’m a huge fan of fast and simple recipes and love taking shortcuts when possible. Hence, I'm all about fast but not fuss cooking.
