From our homeschool to yours. With one teen and one preschooler left at home and three graduated, I've tried almost every homeschool approach there is. Currently, we use an eclectic approach with the teenager and the Montessori Method with the preschooler. Crafts, science experiments, field trips, math, sensorial, practical life, music, art, language arts, literature, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, phonics, geography, history, social studies, nature studies, we cover it all eventually, while trying to have fun with things like Haba marble runs, light tables, board games, imaginative play, and Waldorf materials.
