I reckon what Mark Twain was feeling then when he wrote this was the very same feeling I had when I first started writing stories in this blog. And up until now, the very same emotion still fills my heart. I started “Real” travelin’ back in 2007, back then, I had a broken heart and a low self-worth. I went on a trip alone, down south of my country, the Philippines. To where no one knows me and no one will find me. Little did I know this was the start of my many adventures in life. About a year after, I went on a backpacking odyssey to the lovely islands of Thailand. In Krabi, where time stood still for me, where I spent the best days of my life, living right in the middle of nowhere, being one with nature and humbling myself with the simplicity of life.
