I've been lucky enough to semi-retire very early in my life and am literally living my dream! I've been on water aboard my 60ft traditional Narrowboat since June 2004 and wouldn't change that for the world! I'm currently based on the junction of the Oxford and Grand Union Canals at Napton in Warwickshire, UK. This is a personal diary and recording of Nature in and around my locality, along with accounts of my conservation work at Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, my various trips abroad and of course when I'm out cruising.
