ManBuilders - What Every Boy Should Know
Joshua Kissee is the father of 5 sons between the ages of 5 and 11 as of the year 2012. I realized that I was not being consistent in what was being taught to my sons to prepare them for manhood. In fact, I was not teaching them many things other than my bad habits. So the question arose, “What should every boy know on his way to becoming a man?”. At that point, the desire to establish a base of core skills was born. It is tough to become a man these days with so many conflicting messages in the marketplace of ideas. The influences of the media and decline in moral values within American culture have led to confusion among what it means to be a man. Having the skills to function in today’s world is much different from what it looked like just a few decades ago. Men need help, and it starts with boys.
