Blog Started: June 28, 2010 Based out of Long Island New York, close by the Hampton's area. The Blog highlights Local Long Island topics as well provides a broader focus on the world issues such as the Oil Spill, immigration issues, environmental impacts and health and well being. Our stories are focused on the changing world around us. Many of these changes are fast and now is the time to awaken. A major component for growth is the ability for users both local and worldwide to submit stories to the site. On any given day the subject matter of the site may change drastically based on whats popular or the issue of the day. Even at this early stage in the blogs development there is a terrific example of user submitted content. The "Barks and Bits" column was specifically created to highlight the story submitter Debbie, one of our local experts with over 20 years of raising and working with dogs.
