I started my blog 2 years ago to share my strength training ideas with the world and my athletes. I write about fat loss, speed training, strength training and mental toughness. I update the blog at least 5 times per week. I have a very unique view of strength and conditioning because of my blend of being a top level strength coach and bodybuilding.
