As a Gulf-Coast native, I grew up eating freshly caught seafood, home-grown vegetables, and fruits. On my blog, Pescetarian Journal, I share my recipes and life experiences related to the food that helped me to grow and that sustains me still. I am a pescetarian, and my diet consists of seafood, fresh produce, legumes, and grains. I've eaten this way for a lifetime, except for periods as a vegetarian or strict vegan.
