So please feel free to follow along with me on my journey towards a healthier, stronger, fitter and more aesthetically pleasing body. I will share my successes and failures, what I have learned as well as what I have had to unlearn along the way. In 12 months or preferably less I intend to shed all of my excess body fat in a controlled and healthy way, without the use of potentially harmful drugs.
