Something Creative Every Day

My name is Michael Hovitch. I’m a designer living in Ferndale, Mi. I started Something Creative Every Day because, even though I enjoy lots of different creative pursuits, sometimes it can be hard to find the time each day to devote to even one project. That’s where this site comes in…to kick me in the ass, so to speak. And who doesn’t need a good kick in the ass here and there? What does that mean exactly? Well, 1/1/11, I’ve made a commitment to do something creative every single day (theoretically) and share it here. What’s this something gonna be? Well, I figure pretty much anything. A doodle, a photograph, a song, a short film, or a bit of found inspiration. To be honest, I’m not exactly sure where I’m going with this blog yet, but I am excited to find out.
