At TheConstantRambler you can get travel advice along with playful stories from a rambling couple along with the occasional chime-in from their nutty pets. On this journey of friends, family, and pets we wanted to share our adventures with the world. We have always loved traveling. Whether it be by plane, train, or automobile for a quick weekend trip or an epic adventure just say the word and our bags are packed. After years of retail life we decided we'd had enough. We walked away from our careers, a steady paycheck, and the rat race. We packed us and two dogs in one Volkswagen GTI and hit the road for the classic American road trip. We set a goal of driving from Miami to Seattle and back in 30 days. We had a loose schedule and even looser plans, we set out to enjoy the journey despite the destination. Along the way our trip transformed us and became something larger; it became a reason for us to start dreaming again. With that being said, kick back, take a read, and ramble on....
