I started this blog a few times, but this time is FOR GOOD! I write about recipes that I love, basic skills that I have acquired as a professional chef that will improve even the simplest of dishes. And most importantly, I write about ethical issues. I am a meat lover, and an animal lover and this makes me pretty special in the food world. I tread the line between vegetarianism and all out omnivorism, and I will help you do this as well, if you're willing.
