Thoughts and Ramblings

I have thoughts. I ramble. It makes sense. I have a doctorate in philosophy, and I work at a prestigious university. All of that has virtually zero impact on the stuff I talk about here. I write about everything--hence the title. I have a dry sense of humor and it tends to show in my thoughts. I try to offer categories for the things I discuss, but sometimes my thoughts are purely random, so it can be hard to categorize them (though I do have a "Random" category). Some subjects I've written about are political, entertainment-based, personal stories, lists, and serious. I have a pretty normal life on the surface, but I am crazy at the core and try to let that shine in my writing. Come check me out. Or check my writing out. Or whatever--you know what I mean.
