It appears that Bing will soon be offering two new features in a user’s Bing Business Portal: Marketplace and Lists. If you log into your Bing account and click on the ‘Marketing’ tab, you’ll see these new features listed on the right side of the header bar with ‘Coming Soon’ listed under them as outlined in the image below. These new tools could prove to be useful to the savvy local business owner.

MARKETING SERVICES: Ad Creation, Loyalty Programs, Customer Communications, Lead Generation, or Analytics

ADVERTISING TYPES: Online Banner, Search Engine, Newspaper, TV/Cable, Direct Mail, Collateral, or Coupons

Bing Marketing - Lists

As far as the new ‘Lists’ feature, it looks like Bing is providing a tool to allow business owners to create and manage customer and email lists to “market, advertise or communicate” with customers, staff, prospects, etc. and to “gain insights into your most frequent and loyal customers”.
