Airlines, Travel Companies Participate in Cyber Monday
Even though Cyber Monday may be about trying to get the best deal on a 30 inch television for $300.00, or getting the best price on the latest tablet computer, travel companies have taken note.
Many hotels, cruise lines, airlines and travel companies are also participating in Cyber Monday. Here are some examples of some great deals from travel companies and airlines:
United Airlines: Travel dates may be limited to January 5, 2010- February 11, 2010, but Cyber Monday sale fare prices start an amazing $39 each way.
American Airlines: Through Jan 2, 2012, customers traveling on the airline’s Wi-Fi equipped aircraft can get 30 minutes of free access to special discounts and in-air exclusives at top retailers with its Go Go Fly & Buy Holiday Store.
Liftopia: The ski lift discounter may have started a week early, but the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale continues. Adult lift tickets for Mountain High in Wrightwood, California start at $32, down from $59. Tickets for Mt. Snow in Vermont, start at just $17.99, an 80% discount.
Jetsetter.com: A discount travel website, Jetsetter.com is offering hourly giveaways and new flash sales from 9 a.m. EST to 9 p.m. EST. Along with the option for great destinations like Palm Springs, California and Costa Rica, there will also be deals on added-value services, like a private chef in your private villa.
St. Kitts Marriot Resort: A fantastic deal for travelers to this Caribbean resort. If you book four nights on Cyber Monday, the resort will give you three additional nights free. It’s like staying a week for the price of a long weekend. Rates start at $164 per night for travel through December 21, 2012. Visit Marriott’s website and enter promotional code ZJL to book.
