Facebook at Bottom of Customer Satisfaction Table Study Reveals
Those who have been following my documenting of the Facebook attempts to shed its teething problems and really grow as a business , as well as its failure to do so to date will not be surprised to find that the world’s largest social network is also the world’s least loved one by its membership base.
A new study conducted by ForeSee Results put Facebook at the bottom of customer satisfaction not just of networks but of company websites in general. The news must be disturbing coming hot on the heels, as it were, of Google’s launch of Google+ which offers a viable alternative for Facebook members disgruntled with the social network.
While I have been focusing on Facebook’s apparent inability to pull itself together and realise that viewing members like it’s doing them a favour is not the way to win on the social media scene I am personally troubled and a little saddened by a state of affairs which could easily have been avoided.
Indeed a Pew Study Report released a month or so ago actually reported on the positive impact Facebook has had on the lives of millions and its results showcased the potential for social networks to change the world for the better.
