The Madrone in Mission Bay
San Francisco is proud to welcome The Madrone as the soon-to-be newest member of the San Francisco skyline. The residential condo development sits next to the successful Radiance project in San Francisco's Mission Bay neighborhood. The Radiance was also built by the same developer - Bosa Development.

The Madrone - originally known as "Phase 2 of The Radiance" - was given a new name, most likely because of the amount of time that has elapsed since The Radiance was built. It is a much larger building than The Radiance, with over 300 homes.
The homes will come with the high-end finishes that San Francisco condo buyers expect, including Caesarstone counters and stainless steel appliances. The homes will feature hardwood floors in the living areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. In addition, there will be two color palettes available, with no design center available, unlike many previous condo developments in San Francisco.
The Madrone also promises to be an amenity-rich building, including an outdoor spa, grill & dining area, 75 foot pool with open-air sundeck, resident lounge and game room, screening theatre room, entertaining kitchen available for parties, fitness center with steam room and sauna, a business center, and attended lobbies. Unlike The Radiance, homes at The Madrone will include air-conditioning as a standard feature.
Pricing starts in the $500,000 range for one bedroom homes, with the most expensive two bedroom view home (with outdoor space) listing for just shy of $2,000,000. HOA dues have not yet been finalized, but the developer has said they expect them to be in the $500 - $800/month range, depending on the size of the particular condo.
Although the building is still under active construction, the sales center has recently opened off site, and has a full selection of floor plans and a model home that is available for tour. Resident move-in is currently targeted for Fall of 2012.
